LockIn Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of LockIn. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LockIn.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

Subscriptions and Billing

LockIn offers a subscription and a lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by LockIn.

Acceptable Use

Do not use LockIn to break the law, harass others, or interfere with the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you add. In this version, photos are private to you and are not shared. You grant LockIn permission to store and display your content back to you so the app works.

Not Medical or Fitness Advice

LockIn is a motivation and accountability tool, not medical, health, or fitness advice. Consult a professional before starting any new exercise or diet.

Disclaimer and Liability

LockIn is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, LockIn is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using LockIn at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The latest version is published here.
